(a) Roney photography, LLC reserves all rights to all photos photographed by Roney Photography, unless other arrangements were agreed to in advance, prior to the photo session in writing. However by law, Roney Photography does NOT reserve the right to use said photos of people where faces can be recognized to promote tobacco, firearms, pharmaceuticals or alcohol without their expressed written permission.
(b) Regardless how you obtain our photography, you may NOT use it in commercial ventures without our expressed written permission, period. Commercial in that you and or someone else stands to financially profit/gain from our photography be it directly or indirectly. This also includes, but not limited to copying our photographs to beautify common areas of commercial establishments.
(c) There is a United States Federally imposed fine of $25,000.00 for each © Copyright violation, plus punitive damages to the © Copyright holder. Example: 10 photos = $250,000.00

(Part 2) Fees

(a) Stock photography fees are assessed on numerous factors. Where and how it will be used and for how long, size/resolution, actual quality, compositional value, uniqueness, quantity of publication, and request for exclusivity.
(b) Fees for websites that use of our photography is based on maximum image resolution/size in addition to quality, compositional value, uniqueness and request for exclusivity.
(c) Roney Photography exercises one time insertion fees.
(d) Unless otherwise agreed to (in writing) no agreement or paid fee gives you the right to resell or use our photography indefinitely.

Roney Photography offers an exchange program for our photography where it is mutually beneficial to both parties.
